Five trends new-home builders are seeing in the Triangle!
  1. SMARTER - It's all about automation and finding smart devices to activate sprinklers or set security systems!
  2. GREENER - Water conservation is a high priority and buyers are more conscious about product choices when it comes to paint and flooring.
  3. SMALLER - The smaller home trend is strong this 2017! The open space concept and having rooms serve as more than one purpose is also important to home buyers.
  4. CLEANER - Clean and sleek lines are trending in kitchens and bathrooms.
  5. BRIGHTER - We're seeing larger windows and white shades of paint!

  1. EXTERIOR PAINTING - If you're painting the exterior of your home, the best times to do so are spring, early summer, and fall. It's also important the precipitation is low and the temperatures are warm.
  2. INTERIOR PAINTING - The least expensive way to update the look of any room is by giving your walls a fresh coat of paint
  3. LIGHTING - Lighten things up with neutral paint or add mirrors and light fixtures to brighten up a space!
  4. HARDWARE - Change out hardware in spaces like your kitchen or bathroom or even on desks and dressers! Warm brass is in!
